ARSS MANAGEMENT

In addition to our Whole‐Time Directors, following are our key managerial personnel.

Mr. Sunil Agarwal, aged 41 years, is the President and Chief Executive Officer of our Company. He is a commerce graduate from Utkal University. He has more than 20 years of experience construction. He joined this Company in April, 2005. Before joining our Company, he was associated with M/s Hindustan Construction, M/s ARSS Construction Company and M/s ARSS Engineering and Technology.

Mr. Anil Agarwal, aged 46 years, is the Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of our Company. He is a commerce graduate from Berhampur University. He has 25 years of work experience in railway and road projects. He has joined this Company w.e.f April 1, 2006.

Mr. Soumendra K. Pattanaik, aged 47 years, is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company since March, 2015. Mr. Pattanaik is associated with this Company since its inception and before designated as CFO, he was 'Director-Finance' in the company and Manages overall financial activities of the Company.

Mr. Prakash Chhajer, Company Secretary And Compliance Officer, aged 37 years, Mr. Chhajer is having more than 10 years of  experience in the field on Company Secretaryship and legal compliance. Ms. Chhajer has passed CS Course from ICSI- Delhi in June - 2008 and also is a Law Graduate. Mr. Chhajer has joined ARSS since May, 2019.

 Mr. Rashmi Ranjan Singh, aged 46 years, is the AVP (Finance & Accounts) of our Company. He is a commerce graduate from Utkal University, Orissa and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Mr. Singh having more than 15 years of work experience in the field of accounts & finance. Mr. Singh was previously employed with Kwality Milk Foods Private Limited as a Manager (F & A) and was a partner of M/s. K. C. Jena & Company, a firm of Chartered Accountants. he has joined our Company on August 1, 2007.
